How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation calling our reception at 71 327100 or by our website. We are also reachable on Skype.

For how long can I rent an aparment?

Our apartments are available to rent for a couple of weeks just as well as months. Our principle is THE LONGER THE CHEAPER.

How many people does an apartment accommodate?

Both our flats and apartments are doubles, an additional bed for a third person can be arranged, however - details can be found in the Price List section.

Do I have to pay in advance?

Payment rules will be specified in depth in the booking confirmation and lease agreement.

How can I pick up the apartment keys?

For key pickup we invite you to the reception found in the building's main hall.

Can I quarter an additional person?

A third person can be quartered into a two-person room, details are available in the Price List section.

When does the rental day begin and end?

The rental day begins at 2 p.m. and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure (an extension is possible if the apartment is free, we ask you to contact the reception on the matter).

How does key return work?

We ask our guests to leave the apartment keys at the reception on the day of departure.

Are you accepting pets?

We are open for any four-legged favourites of yours.

Where can I park my car?

Every apartment has an assigned parking place in our enclosed and monitored parking lot - free for rentals of over 30 days.

Is Internet access and digital TV available in the apartment?

Every apartment is outfitted with WiFi Internet access, as well as active terrestrial digital television channels. Details are available in the Price List section.
